Are the purses already made? Or, are they made to order?

The purses are already made. They are not made to order. The exact bag pictured on an item page is the exact purse you'll be purchasing and ships within 1-2 business days.

Do you make the clothing?

I do not make the clothing. I source the clothing from manufacturers located mostly in Los Angeles, CA. I added clothing to my shop to compliment my bags and offer a broader shopping experience. 

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

I do not offer pick up at this time. You can shop a selection of my items in person at Warehouse Creatives, 116 K St, Sacramento CA 95814.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

I am currently shipping orders by the next business day. Review my shipping policies here: Shipping Policy.

Can I receive reward points for my Clutched purchases at Warehouse Creatives?

Yes! Just make sure you get a receipt and send a copy of it to hey@shopclutched.com and I'll have the points manually added to your rewards account. 

You're sold out of a bag, can I have one made?

Probably! Depending on the type of materials used in the bag. Send me an email and we'll see what we can do. Email hey@shopclutched.com.

Can I request a custom bag? 

Maybe... I love making clutch dreams come true, but, sometimes it's not feasible. I would love to chat if you have an idea of something. Just send me an email. Attaching inspiration photos to the email is very helpful! Email hey@shopclutched.com.
